Our story
From the closing table to the kitchen table
We started in New Jersey real estate, helping families buy and sell across Middlesex County and beyond. Over the years the same pattern kept repeating: people would sign the biggest financial commitment of their lives at a closing table, and nobody in the room had asked what happens to that mortgage if the income behind it disappears.
So we got licensed on the protection side too. Today the practice covers both — the property and the plan that keeps it. That means Indexed Universal Life for tax-advantaged, protected growth, mortgage protection for the loan, and straight real estate guidance for buyers, sellers and investors.
We are independent. We are not paid to push one carrier’s product, and we will happily tell you when the answer is a $40-a-month term policy rather than anything complicated.

We are not captive to one carrier. We quote several A-rated companies on every case and show you what we saw.
We say no
